What is SPC (Stone Polymer Composite)?
SPC rigid core flooring combines the strength of stones and the beauty of wood. Stone Polymer Composite is made with a mixture of polyvinyl powder plus limestone powder (calcium carbonate) plus calcium zinc stabilizer in certain proportions.
SPC flooring is constructed by UV coating, wear layer, SPC print layer, SPC core, and balanced layer. For the backing, every companies constructed it differently, either using the regular EVA, IXPE anti-bacterial underlayment, or cork wood as option all available. The advantages including good dimension stability, high peel strength, little noise when walking on, no warping, no distortion, 100% waterproof, heat and sound insulation, eco-friendly, and no harmful emissions.

Advantages of SPC Flooring
1. Economical and practical.
Due to new upgraded formula, production cost comes down, which makes SPC more affordable.
2. Incredibly stable quality.
This is the biggest advantage compared with regular vinyl floor. With the new upgraded formula, SPC is more rigid and stable, which enables it can be installed everywhere.
3. Heat-and-cold resistance.
SPC flooring can bear the temperature difference from -75℃ to 80℃. The dimensional stability is brilliant. The shrinkage≤0.02%, curling≤0.2mm with EN434 standard.
4. Fire retardant.

The production process is very simple that it completed by heat without glue. SPC flooring that are made with 100% virgin (new) materials don't contain any harmful substances such as heavy metals, cinnamaldehyde esters, phthalates, and formaldehyde. It's environmentally friendly.
6. 100% Waterproof.
It resists water are it's made with wear-resistant layer, mineral stone powder, and polymer powder.

The wear-resisting strength is more than several times higher than ordinary laminate flooring. It has super wear resisting performance and it's not easy to deformed.
